Liquimoly DOT 4 brake fluid

Brake fluid Liquimoly DOT 4. Synthetic brake fluid based on glycol ether, alkyl polyglycols and glycol ether esters. Contains inhibitors that prevent corrosion of metallic brake components and reduce oxidation at elevated temperatures. This prevents the formation of acidic decomposition products. It has been specially developed to prolong the service life of components in hydraulic brake and clutch systems in vehicles. It has high wet and dry boiling points. This ensures safe braking with a long service life even after slight moisture. Special wet detergents serve to protect against the formation of vapour bubbles. Suitable for all types of disc and drum brake systems as well as clutch systems of vehicles requiring a synthetic brake fluid with this specification. The brake fluid is also suitable for use in ABS brake systems.

Application

Can be used in all conventional brake fluid bleeding devices. Can be mixed and is compatible with all high-quality synthetic brake fluids. However, optimum service life is only guaranteed when used unmixed. It is recommended to change the brake fluid according to the vehicle manufacturer's instructions.

Caution: Brake fluid can damage the vehicle's paintwork; if it spills, wash it off immediately with plenty of water. Do not use the fluid in central hydraulic systems based on mineral oil. The vehicle manufacturer's specifications must be observed.
