If you plan to go off road with this bike, it is highly recommended. Its low ground clearance can favor the motorcycle receiving continuous blows or stones in the lower part of the engine. The plastic protector that comes from origin is not enough and also reduces the free height to the ground. With this protector it will be easier for you not to get caught in difficult areas of passage since it is completely flat on the bottom.
