WHAT IS A SHORT OR TWO-FINGER LEVER?

Shorty Levers are aftermarket replacement brake and clutch levers that are shorter than the original manufactured levers. They allow the rider to cover the front brake and clutch lever with just two fingers while enclosing the other fingers around the handlebars, without pinching any fingers when pulling the clutch.

Stock, stock, or OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) levers are the levers your bike comes with when you buy new. These levers are full length levers that run from the attachment point to almost the end of the handlebar.

If you haven't used levers shortly, you may not know what you're missing. But if you had two-finger levers on an adventure bike before, you don't want to go back to riding with standard long levers.
