The idea of ​​the whole procedure is to bypass the motorcycle's electronic EVAP valve by replacing it with the provided electronic EVAP valve eliminator, plug the EVAP system nipples on the throttle bodies with the rubber caps, and bypass the fuel EVAP pipe. tank to the ground.

 

This kit will allow you to completely remove the EVAP system from your motorcycle.

 

Please read the steps carefully before beginning the installation and note that the ignition must be OFF during the entire procedure.

1. STEP 1 : Remove the fuel tank according to the owner's manual. Locate the EVAP valve (6), EVAP system tubing and canister (7) as shown in the diagram.
2. STEP 2 : Disconnect the EVAP valve (6) from the wire harness (17) and connect the electronic eliminator in its place.
3. STEP 3: Follow the tubes (1) (2) (3) from the EVAP valve (6) to the throttle bodies. Disconnect each tube (1) (2) (3) from each throttle body and use the rubber caps on the throttle body nipples to seal them.
4. STEP 4: Remove the EVAP valve (6), piping and associated hardware (1) (2) (3) (9) (10) (11) (15) and canister (7) from the motorcycle.
5. STEP 5 : Re-route the tube (12) from the fuel tank to the ground or to a catch can.

You have disabled the EVAP system!
