Rear shock absorber spring Yamaha Tenere 700 T7

Improved spring mono rear shock yamaha tenere 700T7. The stock spring on the KYB rear shock on the Yamaha T7 has a spring rate of just 70N/mm. As a result, for most riders over 65-70kg, (not counting additional luggage or passengers), it will not provide the correct sag settings needed for adventure riding. These should be 10% static (without conductor) and 30% with conductor (20 mm and 60 mm respectively). Data based on 200mm OEM load stroke. We propose you a range of linear rope springs up to 95N / mm, which allows the driver, passenger and luggage to travel with the necessary comfort. Also included is a pair of heavy duty plastic adapter rings to allow the mounting of thicker springs to the OEM Yamaha T7 shock that has a hydraulic preload adjuster. The PA's 10mm stroke can allow for approximately 60kg of additional cargo, whether that be additional rider, passenger or luggage weight, while still meeting the recommended rider drop setting of 60mm.

Valid exclusively for Yamaha Tenere standard until 2024.

Select the appropriate spring from the dropdown menu with passenger, passenger and baggage loads in mind, etc.:

• Pilot (up to 80 kg) with a maximum of 50 kg of luggage ……………………… 85N / mm.
• Pilot (up to 90 kg) with light passenger and/or 15 kg luggage………………… 90 N/mm.
• Passenger (up to 100 kg) with passenger luggage and / or 30 kg ………………….. 95N / mm.   

NOTE: A SPRING COMPRESSOR IS REQUIRED TO REMOVE AND INSTALL THE SPRINGS
