Due to the complexity of changing a camera in the mountains, we recommend always carrying a standard camera in your backpack so that it is easy to change it, since the reinforced one costs more to install.

Our opinion

Heidenau is a brand well known for its adventure tires and for manufacturing high-resistance compounds and this is demonstrated with the Heidenau reinforced inner tube 18″ clearly thicker than a standard inner tube but easily removable in the mountains if you had to do so. We always recommend not using excessively low pressures to minimize the chances of a puncture. Recommended pressures 1.4-1.8 bar for off and manufacturer pressures for On.
