Short side stand Honda CRF300L/Rally

short side stand Honda CRF300L/Rally. Manufactured by RRP to replace the OEM alloy side stand, for those CRF300 owners with lowered suspension.

It is 20mm shorter than stock but is the same shape as OEM and is fitted using the stock pivot bolt and side stand switch and cover, see accompanying instructions.

When installing the lowering links, the motorcycle will not lean enough when on the OEM side stand, which may cause it to fall over.

Our version allows the bike to lean safely with the suspension lowered and comes complete with a new side stand spring, which is 50% stronger than OEM, and a single coil, instead of the weaker stock spring.

Another advantage for shorter riders is that once the bike leans more, with the new kickstand it is much easier to get your leg over the saddle to get on or off the bike.

Easy to fit and supplied with a new spring and spring remover tool.

Powder coated black.

NOTE: Due to the thicker tubes, our side stand is 300 oz (11 g) heavier than the OEM stand.

Totally recommended to use with the connecting rods to lower height.
