Twin Air Air Filter for Yamaha Tenere 700. Made of two foam sections on an aluminum base. Its composition allows for superior airflow into the intake. It is reusable, washable, and very easy to install. This filter is ideal for competitions or long journeys. Its installation is recommended when installing a high-performance exhaust system or for riding in dusty areas.

The filter can withstand approximately 100 reuses and, once it degrades, replacement foams can be purchased and the aluminum base reused.

It is recommended to use suitable products for its conservation. Valid for all Tenere 700 models.

This product is not an air filter. It's a pre-filter to protect your motorcycle during off-road use.

Assembly instructions

1. Remove the seat and cover from the air filter box (snorkel). Keep the original paper filter.
2. Install the supplemental air filter and the machined aluminum part to replace the original snorkel, using the same bolts as the original. Make sure the arrows on the aluminum part and the air filter face the handlebars.
3. Do not reinstall the original snorkel. Reinstall the seat. The bike is now ready to ride.

Our opinion

We have been using Twin Air filters for years and they always work flawlessly. Its greatest advantages are that the motorcycle breathes better, with which its performance improves slightly and that they are easy to clean in any situation. There are specific liquids for cleaning it, but failing that, you can do it with gasoline and dry it later with the hot smoke from the exhaust of your motorcycle. (It's just a tip in case you find yourself in an extreme situation).
