EBC clutch discs KTM 790

EBC clutch discs KTM 790

EBC clutch discs for KTM 790. If you notice your KTM 790's clutch slipping, it's time to install a quality system. These discs will improve your bike's performance. Recommended for long-distance riding. Made with 12% stronger material than the original.

They take more friction and fatigue much less than original equipment.

Our opinion

All our motorcycles sooner or later end up using EBC clutches and, although we have never been able to notice this increase in performance, it is true that they never falter and that they last much longer than the original. If you are going to change them yourself, we recommend that you find out how to do it before you start. Remember that on some motorcycles, a disc may have a different size from the rest and you have to pay attention to where and which way it goes, as well as some thick washers. Do not forget to submerge the discs in oil for at least 2 hours (better 24), before placing them. And of course, check the wear of the entire assembly during its disassembly and respect the tightening torques indicated by the manufacturer. From Viejos Pistones Adventure Motorcycles recommends always using the grade and type of oil indicated by the manufacturer, as well as replacing the oil filter and the engine cover gasket.
