Mytech Model-X aluminum cases. MyTech cases are designed for maximum durability and ease of use. They are available in two different capacities and two colors: silver or black.

Model-Xs are specifically designed for on and off-road use. Made entirely of aluminum with opening from the upper door. The body of the case is a single element, Tig welded to guarantee the tightness of the product and the absence of protrusions inside the case. The body of the suitcase is made of aluminum with a thickness of 2 mm; this contributes to greater resistance in the event of a fall.

These cases are particularly suitable not only for Trail bikes, but also for the most elegant touring bikes.

The lid closing system has integrated a magnet, which prevents the accidental opening of the lid while the vehicle is running, if the suitcase has not been closed with the keys provided. This closure system is patented. The lid can also be opened from both sides or completely removed.

Design and resistance

They are the ideal solution for motorcycles equipped with a high exhaust tip as we have full models or models cut for the shape of the exhaust. You will find two sizes of cases because we thought of mounting the smaller case on the side where the muffler is present and the large one on the other side, solving the asymmetry problem that would be obtained with the traditional unloaded side cases.

Due to the stresses they are subjected to off-road, panniers therefore require robust hitch systems and racks. For this, we offer you a super resistant quick release binding. The system allows the MYTECH rigid side cases to be fixed at four points, while maintaining the possibility of quick release from the frame. The specific case supports for these cases are made of tubular steel and are attached to the motorcycle at various points. The cases are fixed to the frame by stainless steel screws and glass-loaded nylon elements that guarantee maximum resistance.

The painting of the side boxes used has high characteristics of resistance to scratches and corrosion. The handles and accessories for the straps are completely made of stainless steel, to guarantee maximum durability and resistance.

Important

This suitcase requires the “model x” frame to be able to be attached to the motorcycle.

The price does not include the fixing frame.

Main Features:

1. The body of the suitcase is made of 2 mm thick aluminum. This contributes to greater resistance in the event of a fall. PTo try to reduce weight, the caps are 1,5mm thick.
2. There are no plastic parts. LThe corner protectors are also made of aluminium. 
3. The entire case is a single TIG-welded element. D.In this way, the watertightness of the product and the absence of any bulge inside the case are ensured. 
4. Lid closure system with an integrated magnet. This prevents accidental opening of the lid during vehicle operation. This locking system is patented. The lid can also be opened from both sides or removed completely. 
5. Finished in black, it has a high resistance to corrosion. Also available in silver.
6. The handles and hooks are made of stainless steel, which guarantees maximum durability and resistance. 
7. For motorcycles with a high exhaust (e.g. BMW R 1200 GS), a “cut-down” suitcase with a capacity of 41L is available. The cutaway suitcase is available for both the right and left sides. 
8. The cases are attached to the support with stainless steel screws and fiberglass nylon elements that guarantee maximum resistance. The "straight" suitcase holds a full-face helmet.
