EVAP system draw kit installation

The idea of the whole procedure is to bypass the motorcycle's electronic EVAP valve by replacing it with the provided electronic EVAP valve eliminator, plug the EVAP system nipples on the throttle bodies with the rubber caps, and bypass the fuel EVAP pipe. tank to the ground.

This kit will allow you to completely remove the EVAP system from your motorcycle.

Please read the steps carefully before beginning the installation and note that the ignition must be OFF during the entire procedure.

Step 1: Remove the side panels according to the owner's manual. Locate the EVAP valve (13), tubes (7)(9)(11), and EVAP system canister (1).

Step 2: Disconnect the EVAP valve (13) from the wiring harness.

Step 3: Connect the supplied electronic eliminator in its place.

Step 4: Follow the tubes (5)(8)(9) that run from the EVAP valve (13) to the cylinder and disconnect them. Seal the cylinder nozzle with the supplied rubber plug.

Step 5: Remove the EVAP valve (13), tubes and their components (5)(6)(7)(8)(9)(10)(11) and the canister (1) from the motorcycle.

Step 6: Redirect the fuel tank tube (7) to the ground or to an oil recovery tank.
