The cartridge is fully customizable. The operation of this system is simple but effective. In both bars you can adjust the preload of the spring and instead, the compression is regulated from one bar and the rebound from the other. The finish is top quality and the springs are customized based on the rider's weight, driving style and the load they usually carry. Our opinion

Overall, the Tenere 700 is a great, versatile motorcycle, equally suited to off-road riding and road touring. However, due to its competitive price, Yamaha engineers have cut corners on the quality of some components, particularly the suspension. Add to that the fact that the suspension comes factory-tuned for riders weighing around 75 kg (165 lbs), and you'll quickly realize it needs an upgrade. The Misano EVO +30 kit is undoubtedly a great solution. If you want to get the most out of it off-road, the Japanese bike falls a bit short. Its original springs aren't sufficient to properly handle the terrain off-road, resulting in a somewhat bouncy ride. The spring preload adjustment isn't very effective either; loosening it will easily bottom out the suspension, and stiffening it will only increase the rebound. If you want to truly use this bike for trail riding, you definitely need these shocks. With the MISANO EVO Yamaha Tenere 700 +30mm cartridge, you can fully adjust the front suspension to your liking, although if you give us the instructions, we will have it ready for you.

If you decide to install this kit, keep in mind that you will have to lengthen the front brake hoses and the ABS sensor. Of course, the change will be brutal. You will gain travel and ground clearance to better overcome difficult terrain.
