The Quick Release Axle Extractor 30mm KTM 790 / 890 is made of anodized aluminum. It is a machined cylindrical piece with a handle attached, which fits into the internal axle recess by pressure. It is ideal for use in rallies or adventure trips, as it makes it much easier to remove the axle from the wheel, whether due to a puncture or maintenance.

Instructions for use:

1. Loosen the 2 screws that retain the wheel axle located on the opposite side of the main thread of the axle.
2. Clean the inside area of ​​the shaft with a cloth or piece of paper.
3. Spread the retainer liquid that is supplied together with the part all over the lip of the extractor and then introduce it fully into the internal cylinder of the shaft. (if necessary, help to enter with a nylon mallet).
4. Retighten shaft and allow to dry at least 2 hours before use.
