Hydraulic clutch pusher cylinder Oberon CLU-4000

Oberon CLU-4000 hydraulic clutch slave cylinder for Husqvarna , Gas Gas, Husaberg, and KTM. This clutch slave cylinder is designed to improve the efficiency and appearance of the original clutch slave cylinder. The internal piston and plunger design has been drastically improved to prevent leaks and ensure smooth clutch operation. CNC machined from T6 aluminum alloy for lightness, strength, and a striking appearance. Seven fantastic colors to choose from. Everything you need is included in the kit, which comes with complete instructions and is ready to install.

The plunger O-rings are manufactured from special Viton rubber that is frozen and then CNC machined into a “U” shaped profile. This profile is specific for hydraulic use. The piston is guided along the back of the plate to prevent piston wear and maintain correct alignment within the slave unit. This causes a much softer touch and prolongs the life of the product. The piston has been designed to reduce applied lever effort to reduce pilot fatigue.

There is a cylinder for all engines Husqvarna and KTM.

Some models use mineral oil, while others use DOT 4. The Oberon Husqvarna TE hydraulic clutch master cylinder accepts both types of oil, but you must use the type indicated on the clutch master cylinder, either Brembo or Magura.
