CoolAIR RFS-010 Manual Radiator Fan Switch
The idea of the whole procedure is to disconnect the connectors from the radiator fan relay, connect the CoolAIR switch connectors to the connectors, install the ring connector on a frame bolt and place the switch on a fixed point on the motorcycle with the installation kit.
Read the steps carefully before starting the installation and note that the ignition must be OFF throughout the entire procedure.
STEP 1: Locate the radiator fan relay. On most Suzuki motorcycles, it is located under the left-side front panel (19) near the instrument cluster, or under the front seat on some GSXR models.
STEP 2: Disconnect the radiator fan relay connector by pressing the tab on top of the connector and pulling it straight out.
STEP 3 : Connect the switch connectors, the female connector to the relay connector and the male connector to the wiring.
STEP 4 : Install the ring connector onto a bolt on the frame.
STEP 5: You can now connect the switch to a fixed point on the motorcycle with a cable tie or through a hole in the fairings using the waterproof installation kit.

The CoolAIR RFS-010 manual radiator fan switch is a smart manual radiator fan switch that connects to the radiator fan relay and uses the standard radiator fan to prevent the engine temperature from rising.
It incorporates a smart design and even when switched off it maintains the standard operation of the radiator fan; the fan will turn on normally when the coolant temperature reaches the preset level.
In this product we pay special attention to durability.
The new advanced design uses PCB technology for the installation of the internal parts and the rugged switch housing.
